11 Termination

11.1 Termination by apk92

apk92 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any user's access to the Platform, at its sole discretion, with or without notice and with or without cause, including (without limitation) where apk92 reasonably believes that the user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or is accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

11.2 Termination by User

You may cease using the Platform at any time. Discontinuation of access does not require formal notice to apk92 unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Clauses of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect following any termination or expiry of this Agreement.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 Applicable Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk92 is legally registered and operated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
